The Southern Nevada Community Band, formerly known as the Vegas Valley Legacy Band, was established in 2002 as a vibrant non-profit organization dedicated to bringing music to life! We are a lively and friendly community band that delights audiences with captivating performances at public events and private gatherings alike. Our mission is to create unforgettable musical experiences through instrumental ensembles for students and community members throughout Southern Nevada.

Whether you’re a current high school student, a recent graduate, aging millennial, or retired with an instrument gathering dust in the corner, we invite you to join our dynamic ensemble! Join us, THURSDAY EVENINGS, for an exciting night of music! Bring your musical instrument and meet us at the northwest doors of Palo Verde High School by 6:20 PM.  Rehearsal begins at 6:30PM.
